That is dream imagery. That is a freakin Kurosawa frame. All kinds of Jungian suggestions to be drawn. One of the rusty support poles, which appear to have been retrofitted as some sort of temporary measure long overdue for the next phase of construction, is starting to buckle against the weight of the earth on the other side of that crumbly foundation wall. This is just overall not a good situation. It's like the ultimate sump pump issue. In a neglected lot with apparently blocked drainage. On the other hand, it is kinda hauntingly picturesque.
